Workshop description - Flow Yoga for Runners
A 3 - hour workshop for runners and sportspeople. The workshop focuses on teaching running techniques, stretching the legs, hips and shoulder area as well as strengthening the feet, ankles, knees and core (torso) muscles necessary for a healthy running posture.

Workshop description - Breathing
A 1.5 hour workshop where participants can learn different breathing techniques which can provide help in handling everyday stresses. Breathing techniques like Mindfulness Breathing, Ujjayi Breath, Breath of Fire, Alternate Nostril Breathing and others can be efficiently applied in everyday life in different situations depending on whether one need to energised or grounding down.
